What a change. I purchased my first own camera 1959. At this time I was 17 years old. It was a Agfa Silette, with a 45 mm lens and f/1:2,8, 4 shutter speeds ranging from „B“ to 1/30 up to 1/250 sec. No lightmeter. Rangefinder : a scale at the lens. Unthinkable compared to todays hightech cameras, be it DSLR, DSLM or smartphone technology.
